Meet Stormy!
Stormy is a 4 year old, 80 pound pittie with a solid build and the kind of soulful eyes that stop you for a second. He has a medium energy level and an easygoing presence that makes him a wonderful companion.
He genuinely loves people and enjoys meeting new faces. Stormy walks nicely on leash, settles well at home, and is happiest when he is simply spending time with his family. Give him a comfy spot and a good bone to chew, and he is content.
He is housebroken, crate trained, and knows sit and down, and is currently working on place, recall, and out. He responds well to guidance and would benefit from a home that continues building on his training, especially since he is a strong boy.
Stormy lives peacefully with both a small male dog and a medium sized female dog. He is non reactive when meeting other dogs and enjoys initiating play, but he is equally comfortable relaxing on his own. He could thrive either as an only dog or as part of a pack.
After walks, Stormy can come back a little amped up and appreciates having an appropriate chew or activity to redirect that energy. With the right outlets, he settles back in nicely.
He would do best in an adult home or one with older, dog savvy children simply due to his size. A fenced yard would be a bonus, but not required, as long as he has regular exercise and engagement.
