In remembrance of Shadow, a two-year-old male pit bull who was severely neglected and found in an emaciated state weighing just 21 pounds. Shadow was taken to the veterinarian, where, after three days he was stabilized and allowed to go live in a foster home. There, he received an immense amount of love and attention. Despite the neglect Shadow endured, he was the sweetest thing and never stopped wagging his tail. However, after eight days of living his best life Shadow started to show signs of decline. He was rushed to the emergency vet, and it was determined that his organs were failing. The neglect inflicted upon Shadow was too severe for his body to withstand. Shadow crossed the rainbow bridge on June 16, 2024.
